How to order

From choosing your size to your crayfish arriving at your door — here's exactly how ordering works.

Choose your size

Pick S, M, L or XL on the Menu page. Each size shows the price per kg and roughly how many crayfish that is.

Select quantity

Use the +/- controls to set how many kilograms you'd like, in the increments we offer.

LIVE or COOKED

Choose LIVE to receive your crayfish alive and ready to cook at home, or COOKED to have our kitchen prepare them for you.

Choose preparation

For LIVE orders, you can add a complimentary spice set for cooking at home. For COOKED orders, pick one of our four signature cooking styles.

Add to cart

Add the item to your cart. The same size can be added again with a different preparation — each stays as its own line.

Delivery or pickup

At checkout, choose delivery to your address (pick your zone) or pickup from Crayfish House.

Checkout

Enter your details, choose your delivery or pickup time, and select cash or bank transfer/QR as payment.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you'll receive an order number. Our team will review the order and a Crayfish House staff member will contact you to confirm the details.
